1. Agreement to Terms

5. Medical Disclaimer

Fine Point Rehab does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our exercises are designed to supplement, not replace, professional therapy and medical care. We recommend using our exercises under the guidance of a healthcare professional who can help determine if they are appropriate for your specific needs and condition.

If you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse symptoms while using our exercises, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Use the Service to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT ON THE SERVICE OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service, without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms.

Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship with us and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
